By browsing www.kneadbycw.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them before you buy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
2. Our products
Everything we sell is handmade in small batches at our Serdang Raya kitchen, so each piece may differ slightly from the photos.
- Freshness: Our fresh baked muffins and butter cakes contain no preservatives. Best enjoyed within 3days at room temperature, or 5 days refrigerated. Storage tips come with every order.
- Allergens: Our kitchen handles wheat (gluten), eggs, dairy, nuts, soy and other allergens. We cannot guarantee any product is allergen-free. Please check the ingredient list on each product page and contact us before ordering if you have an allergy.
- Availability: Products are made to order or in limited batches. If an item sells out after you order, we will offer a replacement, a later date, or a full refund.
- Pricing: All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Delivery fees are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Orders and payment
Your order is confirmed only once payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation email or WhatsApp message.
- Lead time: Please order at least 24 hours ahead. Same-day orders are subject to availability.
- Payment: We accept [Credit/debit cards, e-wallets — per our payment gateway. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.
- Our right to decline: We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or the delivery address is outside our area. You will get a full refund.
4. Delivery and self-pickup
You can choose delivery or self-pickup at checkout; your chosen date and time slot is shown on your confirmation.

- Pickup: Please collect within your slot. Orders not collected by closing time on the pickup date may be forfeited without refund, as our products are perishable.
- Delivery: Make sure someone is available to receive the order. If a delivery fails because of a wrong address or no one is present, redelivery fees are on you.
- Handover: Once your order is collected or delivered, it is your responsibility to store it as advised.
- Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by third-party riders, traffic, weather or events beyond our control, but we will keep you updated.
6. Other terms
- Promotions and vouchers: Each promo code has its own terms and expiry. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash or combined unless stated. We may end a promotion at any time.
- Your account: Keep your login details private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.
- Intellectual property: All photos, text, recipes, logos and designs on this site belong to CW Exquisite Sdn Bhd. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
- Liability: To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for allergic reactions where allergen information was provided, or for spoilage after handover.
- Privacy: We collect your name, contact details and address only to process and deliver your order and, if you opt in, to send you updates. We handle your data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
- Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
